Terms and Conditions

1. Crystal Plus is applicable in select cities only.

2. The promise is applicable only for the Crystal Plus orders booked in the call center by explaining this promise at the time of booking the order.

3. The promise is meant only for the orders booked in the call center and not for complaints resolution.

4. The promise is only for orders booked through the Crystal Plus call center only.

5. The promise is for one Crystal Plus and shall not cover bulk orders of Crystal Plus or corporate orders.

6. Crystal Plus reserves the right to withdraw the promise without prior information.

7. The Crystal Plus is applicable at the first barrier point i.e. Entrance of the Colony Gate/Building Gate.

8. Crystal Plus does not penalize its customer care executives / delivery personnel for late delivery.

9. The 72 hours delivery guarantee shall not be applicable / stand withdrawn on national holidays, days of natural calamity, events or causes beyond the reasonable control of Crystal Plus like strikes, riots, curfews etc.

10. The Crystal Plus will not be available for consumers who are staying outside the municipal limits of the city where the licensed service provider is based.

11. The Claim for the Crystal Plus can be done within one Day from the end of the promise Day, i.e., 24 hours after expiry of 72 hours from the time of booking order.

12. Claim can be done by only calling the call center to book a complaint for non compliance of Crystal Plus. Consumer need to produce the complaint number for the same during the claim.

13. Valid only for addresses located within Delhi NCR.
